Taryn Brumfitt is an Adelaide mum of three who is helping change the way Aussie women think about themselves.

As the founder of the Body Image Movement, she is on a quest to redefine and rewrite the ideals of beauty. The job is simple; harness and facilitate positive body image activism by encouraging women to be more accepting of who they are, to use positive language regarding their bodies and others, and to prioritise health before beauty.

In a series of videos, Taryn provides no nonsense tips to quick and healthy meal planning. Passing on some of her valuable insights and practical tips to our customers will help us effectively tackle life’s little challenges and make things easier for mums across the country.

Why cook for one meal, when for the same amount of work you can have two or three meals on the go?

Think Jaffles, Burritos and Shepherd’s pie, all with the same base recipes. It basically means you are ready for emergencies and those nights where you don’t feel like cooking. It’s definitely a healthier option than take-away and a better on the weekly budget.
